Off to the UK!
Heading out of town for a work conference. Back on Friday, just in time for my flight to London!

- 25 days until a relaxing weekend in PEI
- 30 days until Canada Day long weekend in Toronto
- 50 days until George Street Festival in St. John’s, NFLD
- 90 days until the annual cottage party in Cavendish, PEI

Yesterday was perfect. Not that anything wildly spectacular happened. In fact, I woke up with a headache from over indulging in wine on Saturday night. B and I went to the park to eat a necessary greasy breakfast sandwich and enjoyed the beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean. He headed to the golf course with the boys, and I took my blanket and book to Citadel Hill. A few of my close girl friends came and joined me. We read, caught up, had semi-deep hungover life revelations, tanned, complained about how guys can be jerks and made future travel plans. After 4 hours of lying on that hill, we headed for an ice cream and then all parted ways. I’m in awe of how much an afternoon of girl talk can do for you. I’ve been on cloud nine ever since. Thank you girls for being amazing. Yesterday was perfect.
